Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Augusta, Georgia. The role is a 13-week assignment, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts. Start date is 10/19/2026, and a 1-year experience is preferred; new grads may apply.

The PT will evaluate, develop, and execute plans of care in the acute care setting, supervise PTAs, bill per guidelines, and coordinate with medical staff to deliver team-based care while maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of PT experience; new grads may apply.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement a plan of care for diverse patient populations.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff as needed.
• Bill and document services per state/setting guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure a team-based care plan.
• Maintain timely charting according to guidelines.
