Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Augusta, GA. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, at a facility in Augusta. You will provide comprehensive therapy services, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Eligible candidates hold a valid PT license and BLS; Doctorate in PT preferred. Travel roles offer competitive pay and full benefits while working with a dedicated support team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
