Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic team across multiple outpatient settings in California.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, managing a caseload of up to 10 patients daily and delivering 45-minute treatments, including pediatric cases. This travel role offers flexible hours (7:30 AM–7:30 PM, six days/week possibly 4x10 schedules), paid housing, travel and license reimbursement, weekly pay,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• BLS certification (may be required).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine environments.
• Experience treating postoperative patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under supervision delivering outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine treatments.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 patients daily with 45-minute sessions.
• Document progress using WebPT and track mobility and recovery goals.
• Support pediatric patients and diverse locations while maintaining patient-centered care.

Responsibilities: Assist patients recovering from injuries or surgery under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine treatments. Manage a caseload of up to 10 patients daily, delivering 45-minute treatments, primarily in outpatient settings, including pediatric cases. Document patient progress using WebPT and support patient mobility, recovery, and activity goals.

Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree in Physical Therapy, active State License, BLS certification (may be required), experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine environments, and treating postoperative patients. Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills are essential.

Duties & Details: Work across six days per week with flexible hours between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM, potentially on 4x10 schedules.
