Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient recovery under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will deliver outpatient services and may float to other locations within the network.

The role involves managing about 16 patient visits per day, typically Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, including a one-hour lunch, and requires an active state license and BLS certification.

Role:

Qualifications & Skills:
