Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Alpharetta, Georgia. The PT will evaluate and manage plans of care for diverse patient populations in acute care, supervising staff and ensuring compliant documentation.

The role requires 1 year of experience (6 months for exceptional candidates), BLS, and state licensure. Travel duties include coordinating with medical staff to deliver team-based care and adapting plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff, bill within the setting, and ensure compliant documentation.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient condition and use center systems for daily tasks.
