Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Payson, AZ. You will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and apply evidence-based PT techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Requirements include an active PT license and BLS; Doctorate in PT is preferred. New grads are welcome. Benefits start day one with comprehensive medical coverage and vacation/leave options.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize care and transitions.
