Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, AZ. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, with travel benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
