Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Payson, AZ. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

Responsibilities include developing personalized rehab plans, documenting progress, coordinating with the care team, and educating patients on home programs. Licensure and BLS are required; new grads may apply with appropriate credentials.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities
