ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Washington State. The ideal candidate will work a day shift, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days and possible weekends.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, mobility assistance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in an acute care setting. Required Washington State PT license and BLS certification, plus 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
• Washington State PT License required.

• Strong understanding of patient ratios (10-12 pts/day) and ability to manage time effectively.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist with experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, a team player, and a hard worker, capable of floating between units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients in an acute care environment.
• Assist with patient mobility, rehabilitation exercises, and overall patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Washington State PT License required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required; inpatient rehab (IPR) experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of patient ratios (10-12 pts/day) and ability to manage time effectively.
