Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Broomfield, CO. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limits
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions
