Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Pullman, WA. The role runs for 14 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour daytime shifts. State licensing and BLS are required; 6 months of experience is preferred though new grads are welcome.

The practice emphasizes team-based care, supervision of PTAs, and compliance with board and facility guidelines, with pay packages based on shifts and a tax-free stipend discussed on confirmation.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
