Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Graham, WA. The role offers a 40-hour work week, 8-hour shifts, and a licensed physical therapist opportunity to impact patient mobility and pain management across hospital and clinic settings.

Requires active PT license and BLS; Doctorate in physical therapy preferred. New grads welcome to apply with appropriate credentials.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate physical therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safeguards to promote recovery.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for smooth transitions to home-based settings.
