Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Start date is February 15, 2027, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Requires a valid PT license and BLS certification; travel experience preferred. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with support from a dedicated clinical team.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and accurately.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members.
