American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The role covers geriatric home health patients within a 60-mile radius, with a typical 5x8 schedule and a 40-hour workweek.

The position requires 1+ year of PT experience, BLS, SOC/OASIS knowledge, and a valid PT license. Mileage reimbursement and iPad for work are provided, along with scrub policy and weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications
