Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chesterfield, VA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.

Typically 40 hours per week with day shift. Applicants must hold a valid PT license and BLS; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
