Qualifications

• Required: Valid Physical Therapy license as per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; PT experience; additional licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional needs using tests and history.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
