Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lexington, Virginia. You'll evaluate and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, using evidence-based plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires a Virginia PT license and BLS certification, with Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. You’ll work with a dedicated clinical team and receive competitive pay, benefits, and travel support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and goals.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols during sessions.
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
