Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lawrenceburg, TN. You will evaluate and treat patients, creating individualized plans to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospitals, clinics, or rehab centers.

The role requires valid PT licensure, BLS, and strong clinical skills. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and a patient-centered approach, with a competitive travel package and support from Fusion’s clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions.
