Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Atoka, TN. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs, collaborating with hospital and clinic teams while maintaining high standards of safety and patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred
• Experience welcomed for PT role; new grads may apply
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control standards
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development
• Assist with discharge planning and community/home-based transitions
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
