Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Somerville, Tennessee. You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments, work with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients on home programs to promote safe recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
