Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Kingston, Tennessee. You will evaluate, treat, and plan rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain in diverse settings, with a focus on safe, evidence-based care.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Licensure must be current in Tennessee, and BLS is required; new grads welcome with Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Flexible travel schedule and ability to manage 40 hours per week across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and plan rehabilitation programs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on assessments and goals.
