Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ardmore, Oklahoma. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver effective care in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to plan treatment.
• Develop rehabilitation programs based on goals and assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
