Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Altus, Oklahoma. You will deliver patient-centered care in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting, working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control.
