Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ardmore, OK. This role provides a 36-hour workweek with 12-hour day shifts across hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings. A valid PT license and current BLS are required, and travel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to aid recovery and independence.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
