Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in New London, NH. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and an ASAP start in a facility setting that values patient outcomes and teamwork.

You will evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and reduce pain. Licensure and BLS are required, with Doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, exams and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
