Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or BPT with NPTE
• Graduated from an accredited PT program
• Minimum one year of experience as a PT
• Current state PT license or in process
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation.
• Develop and administer a PT treatment plan.
• Document patient progress and adjust care per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals
