Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Conway, NH. The PT will evaluate patients, create and implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

This travel role offers competitive pay, benefits, and clinician support throughout the assignment. Ideal candidates hold a valid PT license, a current BLS certification, and are able to work 40 hours per week in dayshift schedules

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish functional goals.
• Develop and implement personalized rehab plans.
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
