Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Willmar, MN. The role offers a 40-hour work week, dayshift, and travel employment status with comprehensive benefits and clinical support.

The ideal candidate holds a current Physical Therapy license, BLS, and may pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads welcome to apply and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes clearly in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
