Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Houghton, Michigan. Qualified candidates hold a valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS, and preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.

• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
