Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Michigan in good standing.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and precautions.
