Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This role offers 40 hours per week, weekdays, with travel-friendly scheduling and guaranteed hours depending on assignment.

You will evaluate and treat patients, provide skilled therapy, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. New graduates welcome; active state license preferred and eligibility to practice in NC.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long‑term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
