Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Jacksonville, NC. Start date 10/26/2026; 40 hours/week, 8‑hour shifts, travel PT position.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. Benefits include day‑one medical coverage and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
