Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Jacksonville, NC. The role offers a 40-hour work week with 8-hour shifts, and the opportunity to work in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings to help patients regain mobility.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid PT license, a current BLS certification, and be prepared for travel. New grads are welcome to apply, with comprehensive benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy; travel experience welcomed; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
