Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Develop and administer treatment plans under physician direction.
• Document and record patient conditions while educating patients and families.
