Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Haverhill, MA. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff in hospital and rehab settings. This travel position provides growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
