Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Float between clinic locations as assigned.
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri; 60-minute evaluations plus treatment.
