Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wylie, Texas. The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and physician orders.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
