Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist - Journey Traveler to deliver high-quality rehab services nationwide. You will travel 13-week assignments, assess patients, develop and implement therapy programs, and collaborate with the rehab team.

This role offers mentorship, CEU access, visa sponsorship options, and a path to growth within our leading therapy network. Must hold PT license and be able to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide for 13-week assignments.
• Assess patients and develop/implement physical therapy programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and support personnel as appropriate.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to plan of care.
