Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Kansas.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and plan individualized treatment.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
