Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bossier City, LA. This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and providing evidence-based therapy in hospital or clinic settings.

You will work a standard 40-hour week with 8-hour shifts, and must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification. New grads are welcome to apply and travel benefits apply.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Clinical experience in physical therapy; new grads welcome.
• Additional certifications or licenses may be required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to guide treatment.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and body mechanics.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.
