Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in New Orleans, LA. Start date 10/26/2026; 40 hours per week, 8-hour days. Travel position with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Required: valid PT license and current BLS. Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; new grads welcome. May require additional certifications or licenses.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Document evaluations and outcomes accurately in patient records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
