Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
