Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gainesville, TX. Start date 10/04/2026. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, working with a clinical team to optimize outcomes in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Texas
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions using tests and history to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain calibration
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and prevention
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards
• Support discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
