Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Anniston, Alabama. This role offers 40 hours weekly, days shift, and the chance to impact patients while enjoying supportive clinical teams and travel benefits.

Required licensure and BLS; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome; travel compensation and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to infection control and safety guidelines.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
