Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 10-week assignment in Pollockville, NC. This role offers 40 hours per week, a shift of 8 hours, and ASAP start.

As part of our clinical team, you will evaluate and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, developing personalized plans and documenting progress. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support your travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• New grads welcome to apply; Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and preventive strategies.
• Ensure safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Participate in discharge planning for community/home-based settings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
