Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy; experience welcome for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and plan treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply PT techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and discharge planning.
