About the Role

Are you a newly graduated Physical Therapist or an experienced therapist seeking a new opportunity? ProHealth Partners offers excellent home health therapy positions in the Bryan, OH area, providing a great work/life balance with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise assistant therapy staff
2. Coordinate with office staff for patient intake, paperwork, and payroll
3. Maintain communication with patients and home health agencies
4. Manage patient care in collaboration with Physical Therapist Assistants
5. Complete evaluations, care plans, reassessments, and discharges
6. Participate in meetings and case conferences

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Ability to travel to patients' homes or facilities within a 40-mile radius of Bryan, OH
• Strong communication skills
• Home healthcare experience preferred

Salary and per-visit compensation are negotiable. This is a full-time, entry-level position.
