The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective community reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to formulate appropriate treatment plans and goals aimed at advancing patients toward discharge.
• Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation, including goal writing and quality assessments.
