Responsibilities

• Ready to travel to a client assignment within a designated region with short notice.
• Greet customers and treat all customers courteously.
• Ensure all field patient service and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures clearly to patients.
• Enter patient, specimen, billing information into computer systems with accuracy.
• Maintain daily PSC/IOPST logs and documentation.
