Responsibilities

• Travel to client assignments within designated regions with short notice.
• Greet customers and treat them courteously.
• Ensure specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures to patients clearly.
• Follow safety and disposal protocols for biohazards and sharps.
• Enter patient, specimen, and billing information into PathGroup systems with high accuracy.
